My courses
My classes
Your class of a course: who is in it, what is waiting to be marked, and how far each student has got.
Your organization's front desk creates student accounts. You can look up logins and reset passwords here.
Bulk add students paste a list of names
One full name per line. Each gets a username and a simple password automatically — you'll get a printable list to hand out.
Course builder
Import a course to make it editable, then shape its cards, units, and activities. (Editing tools rolling out — structure view first.)
Design methods
A method describes how your courses are designed — the unit cycle, the order of activities, how rules are introduced. Write one, or read one out of a course you already have, and reuse it whenever you build with AI.
Design with AI
Talk through a course the way you would with a colleague — or write the whole brief in one go. The plan takes shape beside the conversation, and when it looks right, it gets built unit by unit.
Studeo Live
Games and tools you run live in the classroom — build a set once, play it any way you like.
Placement
Build placement tests for any age or programme, run them, and place each candidate from the queue.
Marketplace
Class resources and full courses from teachers everywhere — use them free or buy them, and publish your own.
Exams
Build exams, share them with teachers, control when students can take them, and grade the results.
No exams yet
Creators, owners, and the developer can build exams. Exams shared with you appear here.
Control console
Everything on this screen is limited to your organization.
The team's approval queue
Teachers and students who signed themselves up are waiting for your review — approve the ones you recognize. The location shown is approximate, based on the visitor's IP address.
Domain orders — your fulfilment queue
Yearly-plan teachers request their own domain here; you register and wire it, then Activate does the whole app side in one click (entitlement, branding from their profile, domain mapping).
How to fulfil a domain order — the operator steps (click to open)
- Register at Porkbun — after the teacher orders and their payment has settled. ~$11/yr for a
.com. Turn auto-renew ON (WHOIS privacy is automatic). Pay with Mastercard + "Pay without Link" — Link-style wallets fail from Morocco. - Add it to Cloudflare as a new site — dashboard → Add a site → enter the domain → pick the Free plan, and delete any parking records it scans in. Cloudflare hands you 2 nameservers.
- Point the nameservers at Cloudflare — at Porkbun, set the domain's nameservers to those two (✏️ next to NAMESERVERS). This is the whole trick: it makes Cloudflare the domain's DNS host, which lets you proxy the bare/apex domain for free (apex proxying is Enterprise-only on someone else's zone). Then wait for the zone to read Active — minutes to a couple of hours, hands-off.
- Add two DNS records in the new zone, both Proxied (orange cloud ON):
AAAA · @ · 100::AAAA · www · 100::100::is a dummy address — there's no real server; the Worker answers before anything is fetched, and the orange cloud is what lets it intercept. - Add the Worker route in that zone: Workers Routes → Add route →
*/*→ whitelabel-proxy. Routes are per-zone, so every new domain's zone needs its own — this is the step you can't skip. - SSL is automatic — Cloudflare issues and renews the
httpspadlock for the zone on its own; the Worker also handles http→https and www→apex, so you touch no page rules. - Click Activate on the order below — one click does the whole app side: entitles their org, brands it from their profile, maps the domain, marks it live.
Good to know. The app already guards the money side: only .com .net .org .dev .xyz are offered, with a $15 cap on first-year and renewal, and premium or over-cap names are refused before you ever pay. Eligibility is yearly plans only (shown as a chip on each order). The one-time platform wiring — Cloudflare-for-SaaS, the fallback origin, the whitelabel-proxy Worker, the API token — is already done; you never redo it per domain. Renewals are watched for you by the re-check below.
The renewal price re-check
Every domain in the registrar account, priced at today's renewal rate against the plan's cap. Registries can raise prices between years — this is the guard that says so before auto-renew pays. A daily sweep emails you if anything needs a decision.

Platform and organization activity
Layers and recipes
Custom activity types
Describe an activity in plain language and let AI build the layout. Test it safely in the sandbox, then save it as a new type. (Teacher-side generation is coming next; for now you can build, test, and save types here.)
Organization curriculum
Define your organization's programs, levels, textbooks, and unit content. Teachers see this in the activity creator, and the AI uses it to stay curriculum-aware. Your organization starts empty — this is yours to build, so add your first program below.
Invitations
Admins can invite teammates. Invitations stay pending until an owner approves them.
